The Promoter, Nestlé Purina PetCare (UK), is referred to in the following information as the Promoter.

  1. Open to residents of UK, CI, IoM and ROI, aged 18 or over only, except employees and their immediate families of Nestlé Purina PetCare (UK), their agents or anybody professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. Entrants to weekly promotional draws will begin on Monday 13th August 2012 and will finish on Sunday 4th November 2012 inclusive. Prize draws will be carried out from all valid entries each week (Monday to Sunday) with the prize draw taking place on the consecutive week. Entries received before Monday 13th August will be entered into the first draw. Entries received from Monday 5th November 2012 until Sunday 27th January 2013 inclusive will be included in a final wrap up draw to take place on 30th January 2013.
  3. The promotion will be featured across all promotional multipacks of Gourmet Gold, Gourmet Perle and Gourmet A la Carte while stocks last. Entry is via the full code details found on promotional multipacks.
  4. To enter visit www.gourmet-cat.co.uk/ultimate and enter the full code details. The code found on these packs should be entered online exactly how is displayed. The code can be found within the Best Before Area. Next, each entrant will be asked to complete their registration details or if you are already registered with Nestle Purina you need to enter your log in details.
  5. You will need to keep your till receipt as proof of purchase, as well as the code from the multipack.
  6. Only five entries per household per week. All entries must be via the official entry form.
  7. No bulk, third party, shared or automated entries allowed. Code information cannot be shared, transferred or sold. Attempts to set up multiple accounts or syndicates or undermind the promotion or the incorrect use of the code information will result in the relevant entry being frozen and excluded from the promotion. Repeated activity of this kind will be investigated. The Promoter may freeze your entry and all associated activity pending and during investigation, and will withdraw these entries if the promoter is concerned for the Website’s security or the integrity of the promotion. The Promoter’s decision to withdraw entries is final.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person who is found to be tampering with the code redemption, corrupting or affecting the proper random and fair conduct of the promotion, attempting to damage the website or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive. If such activity is suspected the Promoter will withdraw entries for the promotion.
  9. There are a total of 13 ultimate dining experiences to be won as outlined below:
    1. There are 12 ultimate dining experiences to be given away from 20th August 2012 to 4th November 2012 (one per week, each week from all valid entries during that week only).
    2. There is an extra ultimate dining experience available as a prize draw for all valid entries received between 5th November 2012 and 27th January 2013 inclusive.
  10. Winners will be randomly selected under independent supervision and contacted by telephone (or by email if uncontactable by phone) within 21 days of the close of each draw.
  11. The prize consists of one ultimate dining experience for two adults to be won each week and a final ultimate dining experience for the wrap up draw. There are a total of 13 ultimate dining experiences to be won. The Winners will get to choose one of the dining experiences from the prize pool below. Valid for travel until June 2013 excluding Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays. Prizes are broken down as follows:
    1. Paris. Menu degustation at Le Jules Verne with £50 towards drinks. Return economy flights or Eurostar between London and Paris.     4. Rome. 6 course tasting menu at La Pergola with £50 towards drinks. Return economy flights between London and Rome.     7. Barcelona. 7 course tasting menu at ABaC with one bottle of wine and £50 towards drinks. Return economy flights between London and Barcelona. Return airport transfers between airport and hotel. 2 nights in a 5* hotel accommodation sharing a twin or double room. Daily breakfast. £100 spending money. £100 travel allowance.     8. London. 3 course evening meal at Heston Blumenthal’s “Dinner” and £50 towards drinks. Two nights’ accommodation in a standard room at the Mandarin Oriental (based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room). Daily breakfast. £100 spending money. £200 travel allowance. Cat accommodation allowance £50.
  12. Winners of each week’s ultimate dining experience together with the wrap up draw winner will be contacted by telephone and notified of their win and will be asked to send in their receipt of purchase (till receipt and code information) confirming their entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any receipts of purchase that fail to reach it and recommends the use of Recorded Delivery.
  13. If an ultimate dining experience winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days of notification, a further attempt will be made via email and telephone for 2 days. If contact cannot be made, after reasonable attempts, the prize will be forfeited and re-allocated to another entrant selected as a reserve at the same time as the original.
  14. All entrants must ensure that they provide a valid phone number and/or email address and are contactable on the same phone number and/or email used for their entry as the Promoter cannot be responsible if contact cannot be made.
  15. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, prizes will only be available directly to the winners.
  16. Limitations of liability. Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
  17. By entering this promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity (unpaid) required by the Promoter.
  20. All winners' names and counties will be made available to view at www.gourmet-cat.co.uk/ultimate under ‘‘Winners’’ for a minimum period of 3 months within one week after the closing date of 27th January 2013.
  21. The promotion in the ROI is carried out under licence granted by Dublin District Court. The licence holder is the DSPCA of Mount Venus Road, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. The objective of the promotion is to raise funds for the DSPCA.
Prize related Terms and Conditions
  1. All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability. Travel will be subject to flight and hotel availability at the date of booking the trip.
  2. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the promotional agent.
  3. The Promoter or Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
  4. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner. The Promoter or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.
  5. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
  6. Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. In the event that cover is not granted an equivalent cash allowance will be provided so adequate cover can be sought. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure.
  7. The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).
