This free prize draw is open to all UK, C.I. and I.o.M. residents aged 18 years or over, registered at www.purina.co.uk, or any other website operated by Nestle PURINA PetCare (UK) Ltd, excluding employees and representatives of Nestle PURINA PetCare (UK) Ltd, or any affiliates or subsidiary companies, their agents or families, or any other party involved with this promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary. Register and submit your data and you will be automatically entered in to the free prize draw. No purchase is necessary.
3. Limited to one entry per registered visitor per household.
   • This free prize draw will close at midnight on 31/01/2008. The draw will take place on 14/02/2008. The first randomly drawn entry will win a one year's supply of Gourmet Pearl or Gold food for one cat. The following 1,000 names drawn will win Gourmet bowls.
   • One years' supply of petfood is defined as the amount of food which is necessary to feed a pet as calculated by Nestle PURINA, as specified on the product packaging. The prize will be delivered in a maximum of six deliveries over the course of one year.
4. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date to arrange prize delivery. To contact the winner we will use the email address details supplied in the registration form. If you wish to submit an entry but need to modify these details, please go to the 'Me and my cat' section of the www.gourmet-cat.co.uk website and alter your personal profile.
5. Written email acceptance of the prize is required from the winner within 10 days of notification. We reserve the right to re-draw if winner acceptance is not received within this time period.
6. No responsibility is accepted for submissions that fail to be delivered by the system. Proof of submission is not proof of entry.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery.
8. The decision of the judges in all matters relating to this competition will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. The promoter retains the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to substitute, without notice, the advertised prize with an alternative of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative and prizes are non-transferable.

12. Winners may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
